Meet the Team

We are a mother and daughter team based in Chelmsford, Essex, offering a high-quality Trade Only service to many funeral directors, crematoria and cemeteries around the UK. Alongside Secure Haven Urns & Keepsakes Ltd, we have been helping bereaved families since 2014 from our family-run funeral home, Secure Haven Funeral Directors. We are both actively involved in the day-to-day running of both businesses and we really enjoy fulfilling families’ wishes. This has also been an excellent aid in helping our trade clients, as we fully understand the complexities of running a funeral home.

Meet Cheryl, the Managing Director of Secure Haven Urns & Keepsakes, who founded the business 9 years ago from a barn in Essex. Cheryl has a passion for helping bereaved families and providing them with affordable, quality products that can bring comfort during loss. Designing all products in-house, Cheryl is creative and innovative and always looking to provide the best possible service.

Three fun facts about Cheryl:

She has a beautiful black working Cocker Spaniel, named Otis
She has been a graphic designer for over 30 years
Her hobbies include going on country hikes, cooking new recipes and dancing!

Meet Hannah, who is in charge of Sales & Marketing, and recently re-joined the family business after completing an apprenticeship externally. Hannah is also very passionate about helping families and providing excellent customer service to our clients. From managing social media, to sales meetings and dispatching orders – she is often getting involved in a new project!

Three fun facts about Hannah:

She also has a blonde Cocker Spaniel, named Marley, who she is obsessed with!
She originally trained in musical theatre in London, but decided on a change of career path
Her hobbies include performing in musicals, watercolour painting and going to the gym
